Please Note: While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, severe weather) may cause shipping delays. In such cases, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and Pepacar cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Free Shipping to the Hong Kong,  United States, Canada, and Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: Estimated shipping times are 4 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Vancouver).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 13 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post, a trusted carrier for safe and timely delivery. Our products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide, ensuring the best quality and affordability.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Tracking details will be sent via email.

Address Issues & Changes

Incorrect Address

If you accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately at info@pepacar.com with the correct details.

• Correction Window: Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address before your order is shipped, please contact our support team at info@pepacar.com
