At Pepacar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer 30-Day Risk-Free return facility on the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived physically damaged
  • The item is missing parts or accessories
  • The item is defective or significantly different from the product description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be properly packed for return shipment. Any damage during return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Eligible Reasons:
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect selection (e.g., wrong color, size, or model)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or water damage caused by the buyer
  • Discounted or promotional items (only regular-priced items are refundable)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@pepacar.com with a detailed reason and photos/videos as proof.
  2. Approval & Return Authorization (RA#): Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide the return address.
  3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable mail service as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and complete your refund within 10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Cost and Fees

  • Customer will send product with their responsibility. We will not bare any shipping cost for return.
  • We taka 10% restocking fee for eligible return product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@pepacar.com

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card transactions again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to process the refund.
  3. If the issue persists, please contact your bank for further assistance.
