Pepacar DMCA Policy

Pepacar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid copyright infringement claims filed in compliance with the DMCA.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on Pepacar.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA Takedown Notice with the following details:

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content and notifying the user responsible.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that the material removed due to a DMCA notice was mistakenly identified or is not infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed and its prior location.

2. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent such restoration.

4. Repeat Infringers

Pepacar reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws.

5. Changes to This Policy

Pepacar may update this DMCA Policy at any time. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
